Book Review -Where Jesus Slept

I love books for kids that are repetitive because by the end of the book the kids are saying at least the first line. Norma Lewis has written a great book about the birth of Jesus in this manner.

Remember the rhyme, “There was and an old woman who swallowed a fly…” This is how Where Jesus Slept is written. I love how keywords are in all capitals and larger so that they stand out.

The illustrations by Katy Hudson just fit perfect with the story. From the straw in the bed where Jesus slept to the wise men that came to see the baby Jesus are masterfully done.

This would make a great book to read to young ones each year in preparing for Christmas and by the time Christmas gets here they can read it to you.
