When I started reading this book I was not expecting the sudden change that took place in the first two chapters. I’m sure that Katherine was not expecting it to happen either. That is why this book is so exciting to read.
You are right there with her as her life is changed in one failed leap. Not only are you feeling for her, the boy that landed on her but all the kids on the playground, including hers that witness the accident. The teachers that not only sought to make sure she was ok yet had to take care and reassure the kids.
Once at the hospital with her husband and the diagnosis of being a quadriplegic. The hope beyond hope that God is greater never left. Even when it was hard to see it was still sticking around.
Take the journey with Katherine and rebellious hope. You will be glad you did.
