Knitting, Kindness, Kites, Kittens, and Keys

There are many different types of keys: piano, keyboard, lock, thought, phrase, verse…. All in one way or another unlock something. Piano keys can unlock a song, a keyboard can unlock a book, the thought process can unlock a problem… There are two verses that I find as key to life and you can’t have one without the other. I so want to be a friend of God but I can’t unless I pursue to know Him.

Judges 5:31 ESV, “So may all your enemies perish, O Lord! But your friends be like the sun as he rises in his might.”

Hosea 6:3 NSAB, “So let us know, let us press on to know the Lord. His going forth is as certain as the dawn; And He will come to us like the rain, Like the spring rain watering the earth.”
