Jeremiah 18 Study Guide

This week we are taking in a lesson from the potter’s house.

Monday — Read Jeremiah 18:1-4 several times and write down what you notice about the potter’s house and what the potter does.

Tuesday — How does yesterday’s reading compare to with what God says in verses 5-10?

Wednesday — Do you think Christians have fallen into looking like Judah in verses 15-17?

Thursday — Judah didn’t want to listen to wise counsel. Proverbs has a lot to say about this:  Proverbs 11:14, 12:15, 19:20-21, 15:22.

Friday — Compare Jeremiah 18 to 1 Thessalonians 5.

Saturday — The last part of Jeremiah 18, we see him pouring his heart out to God about the wickedness of the people and how they plot against him for doing God’s work. Whose timing is Jeremiah wanting God to act in?
