One of my favorite memories is sitting in my granddad’s lap and him reading the comic page from the newspaper. Peanuts. Family Circus. Beetle Bailey. Blondie. Dennis the Menace. I love that time together. He said it was the best part of the newspaper. As he read each comic strip to me, it would come alive in my head. I looked forward to that time together.
